Friendly: Legia 1-0 SK Vorwärts Steyr
Legia’s footballers played SK Vorwärts in Steyr yesterday. Legia’s rivals have recently won the promotion to the Austrian Regional League. In the first half players from the capital of Poland prevailed over their opponents and thanks to Rafał Wolski’s goal they were leading 1-0. First 45 minutes of the match finished with this result.
Although Artur Jędrzejczyk was punished with a red card by the referee in the second half and Legia had to play with only ten men on the pitch, Warsaw players didn’t let their rivals score even a single goal. That’s why the final result didn’t change and these were Warsaw club’s footballers who could be happy with the victory.
