Europa League: Legia 1-0 Botosani
In the first leg of the second qualifying round (UEFA Europa League) Legia Warsaw defeated 1-0 Romanian Botoșani at Łazienkowska on Thursday evening. The only goal was scored in the 78th minute by Ondrej Duda. Slovak midfielder kicked the football from the penalty area’s line towards the goal and he defeated rivals’ goalkeeper who seemed to be completely confused with the situation.
However, the goal situation mentioned above seems to be the brightest part of the whole match. If Warsaw players want to win the promotion to the group phase of this tournament, they definitely have to start playing much better than during this game.
