Legia 1-1 FC Tobol
In the last friendly match which took place in Cyprus Legia’s footballers only drew 1-1 with FC Tobol (Kazakh: Тобыл Футбол Клубы). The first goal was scored by Tobol’s Igor Jurin in the 28th minute of the game and after first half Kazakh club was leading 1-0. Warsaw team could equalise, but Ivica Vrdoljak wasn’t able to strike a goal from a penalty.
Rafał Wolski, the player who scored two goals in the game against FC Krylia Sovetov, managed to strike a goal. Unfortunately, according to the referee, the goal was scored from an offside position. Luckily, Marcin Komorowski equalised several seconds later. Sebastian Szałachowski was fouled in the penalty area and the referee blew his whistle. Komorowski did what he simply had to do.
