Warsaw footballers defeated 2-0 Korona’s players at Polish Army Stadium on Sunday afternoon. It’s worth mentioning that Legia’s coach Henning Berg decided to choose an alternative and experimental line-up for this game.

The first half was rather poor. Warsaw team wasn’t able to strike a goal. Moreover, some Legia’s players made terrible mistakes due to which Korona (currently in the last position in the league table) could score some goals. Fortunately, Konrad Jałocha was in the right place at the right time and saved his team from losing goals. First 45 minutes finished with a 0-0 draw.
After the break we were able to see two goals. The first one was struck in the 63rd minute. Arkadiusz Piech ran into the penalty area and passed the ball to Orlando Sa, who sent it directly into the net.

Mentioned Piech was replaced in the 71st minute by Marek Saganowski, who scored the second goal six minutes later. Moreover, it has been also his 100th goal struck in the Polish league.
The result didn’t change and the game finished with Legia’s 2-0 victory.
