Europa League: Legia 2-0 Trabzonspor
In the last game of the UEFA Europa League Group L Warsaw team defeated Turkish Trabzonspor at Łazienkowska on Thursday evening. Due to this victory Legia finished first in its group.
The first goal was scored in the 22nd minute by… Trabzonspor’s goalkeeper Fatih Öztürk. One of the Turkish team’s defenders tried to stop Orlando Sa’s kick. However, he did it so poorly that the football hit Öztürk’s back and… found its way to the net.
After the break there was only one more goal struck. Its author was Orlando Sa, who defeated Trabzonspor’s goalkeeper with a strong shot.
The result didn’t change and Legia won the game 2-0.
It’s worth mentioning that there were no supporters in the stands. This situation resulted from UEFA’s punishment.
