In the third qualifying round (UEFA Europa League) Legia Warsaw was playing the first leg against Albanian FK Kukësi in Tirana on Thursday evening. While Warsaw footballers were leading 2-1, the referee had to suspend the match. Everything due to the situation that happened on the pitch. One of FK Kukësi’s supporters threw something (probably a stone) from the stands towards the field. The object hit Ondrej Duda’s head, who got hurt.

In the last game of the UEFA Europa League Group L Warsaw team defeated Turkish Trabzonspor at Łazienkowska on Thursday evening. Due to this victory Legia finished first in its group. The first goal was scored in the 22nd minute by… Trabzonspor’s goalkeeper Fatih Öztürk. One of the Turkish team’s defenders tried to stop Orlando Sa’s kick. However, he did it so poorly that the football hit Öztürk’s back and… found its way to the net.

Legia drew 2-2 with Lech Poznań at its own stadium on Saturday evening. Although Warsaw club was losing 0-2 after first forty-five minutes, it managed to equalise thanks to Tomasz Brzyski’s and Dossa Júnior’s goals in the second half. Legia’s supporters prepared a special choreography for this match. It was a reference to Warsaw Uprising and it presented three insurgents who took part in this military-civil event from the year 1944.

In the second leg of the UEFA Europa League play-off round Legia’s players defeated 2-0 FK Aktobe’s footballers at Łazienkowska on Thursday evening. Thanks to 1-0 victory over the team from Kazakhstan a week earlier, Warsaw club won 3-0 on aggregate and promoted to the group stage of this European tournament.

In the third game of the season 2014/2015 Legia’s players only drew 1-1 with Górnik’s footballers at Łazienkowska on Saturday evening. This means that Polish champions of the previous season weren’t able to win the second league match at their own stadium.

After a tremendous first half and a terrible second half of the Sunday match Legia’s footballers drew 2-2 with players from Cracow at Łazienkowska. Legia started the game really well – in its second minute Warsaw team’s Miroslav Radović defeated Wisła’s goalkeeper. More than thirty minutes later his first goal for Legia scored Ondrej Duda, who made use of Łukasz Broź’s centre. Moreover, Cracovian team’s player Arkadiusz Głowacki was sent off for an aggressive foul by the referee. After the first forty-five minutes Warsaw team was leading 2-0.

In the match which took place in Poznań on Sunday evening Legia's footballers drew 1-1 with Lech's players. Though the game was quite equal, this is the club from Warsaw that had more opportunities to strike goals. Nevertheless, its players didn't make use of them. They could have struck at least three goals, not counting the one which they managed to score.

Legia’s footballers were defeated 2-0 in Trabzon by players of the local Turkish club on Thursday evening. Goals were struck by Marc Janko and Olcan Adin. Due to this defeat Warsaw team has no chance to win the promotion to the further stage of the UEFA Europa League competition. There were 123 Legia’s fans who decided to travel to Turkey to see the match.

In the second leg of the fourth qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League Legia’s footballers drew 2-2 with FC Steaua’s players at their own stadium on Tuesday evening. Due to Legia’s 1-1 draw in Bucharest a week earlier, these are FC Steaua’s players, who qualified to the group phase of the tournament. The team from Romania won on away goals (3-3 in two-legged tie).

In the 1/16 final of the Polish Cup Legia easily defeated 3-0 Rozwój in Katowice on Saturday afternoon. Two goals were struck by Marek Saganowski and one by Jakub Kosecki. There were 250 Legia’s fans present in Katowice. Due to the fact that they couldn’t enter the stadium, they decided to stay behind the fence from where they supported their team.

In the first away match of this season Legia defeated 3-0 Pogoń in Szczecin. The game was quite interesting. Although Legia didn't play well during this game and performance of Pogoń's footballers was rather good, it is a bit surprising that the team from Szczecin lost so many goals.

In the first leg of the Polish Cup final Legia’s footballers defeated 2-0 their opponents in Wrocław on Thursday evening. Both goals were scored by Marek Saganowski in the first half of the match. It’s worth mentioning that in Legia’s lineup there were a few players who don’t usually have many occasions to play regularly in the first team. Nevertheless, they were able to win with Śląsk.

In the game between two teams whose fans are friends Legia Warsaw defeated 3-1 Pogoń at Łazienkowska on Saturday evening. Nevertheless, these were footballers from Szczecin who were leading 1-0 after the first half of the match thanks to Bartosz Ława’s shot.

After a horror derby game Legia’s footballers coped with their local rivals from Konwiktorska winning 2-1 at their stadium on Saturday evening. The final goal was struck in the injury time by Dominik Furman.

Legia Warsaw only drew 1-1 with its local rival Polonia on Friday evening. Both goals were struck in the first half. The first one was scored by Legia’s opponents in the 29th minute of the match. Daniel Łukasik lost the ball in the central part of the field and after a very fast attack Polonia’s Wladimir Dwaliszwili defeated Legia’s goalkeeper.

After a terrifying match Legia managed to defeat 3-1 Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała on Monday evening. It’s unbelievable but until the 83rd minute of the game Warsaw footballers were losing 0-1!

In the second leg of the UEFA Europa League play-off round Legia Warsaw was defeated 2-1 in Trondheim by Rosenborg Ballklub on Thursday evening. Due to last week’s draw 1-1 in the capital of Poland Warsaw footballers were knocked out of the tournament. In the 1/16 Polish Cup final Legia smoothly defeated 4-0 Okocimski KS in Brzesko. The first goal was scored by debuting in Legia’s senior squad Michał Kopczyński just before the break. Unfortunately, the footballer suffered an injury during the game.

Thanks to 3-0 victory over Ruch Chorzów in Kielce, Legia’s footballers won the Polish Cup of the season 2011/2012. Simultaneously, this has been Warsaw club’s fifteenth trophy so far. In the derby game which took place at the General Kazimierz Sosnowski Stadium on Sunday, Polonia Warsaw defeated 2-1 its local rival Legia. This has been the third league match in a row that was lost by the team from Czerniaków. The only goal for Legia was scored by Miroslav Radović in the first half of the game. Goals for Polonia were struck by Jodłowiec and Cani.

1.600 Legia’s fans gathered in the stands of PSV Eindhoven’s "Philips Stadion" to see the group stage’s match of the UEFA Europa League on Thursday. Though Warsaw team’s players were defeated by their rivals from the Netherlands, Legia’s fans showed an amazing piece of support at the stadium. After Legia’s match in Moscow which took place on 25th August 2011 its 1000 supporters spontaneously decided to thank their footballers for the 3-2 victory over FC Spartak in the second leg of the UEFA Europa League fourth qualifying round and for qualifying to the group stage of the tournament. That’s why they came at 2.00 a.m. to the Warsaw Chopin Airport.

The tickets for the Sunday match against Śląsk Wrocław have gone on sale in Warsaw. The same thing goes for Wrocław, where the tickets have also gone on sale for the away match. Śląsk fans will come to Łazienkowska street via a scheduled train, or whatever means they seem fit. Their sales will be open until Friday, and only then will we know if they made use of the whole pool of tickets available.

It seems like for the second time this season, the sector for the visiting fans will not be full. Today is the last day for Śląsk fans to sign up for the Sunday away match, and they have only sold 500 tickets.

In the first leg of the UEFA Europa League’s fourth qualifying round Legia’s footballers drew 2-2 with Russian FC Spartak Moscow. Legia’s Radović and Spartak’s Ari scored two goals for their teams. There were nearly 23.500 people in the stands of Warsaw club’s stadium. Legia’s supporters prepared an impressive stands show – "ULTRAS – we hate everyone" (Polish: "ULTRAS – nienawidzimy wszystkich"). They also galvanised their players very loudly throughout the game.

"We greet globetrotters hardcorely" (Polish: "Pozdrawiamy obieżyświatów na hardkorze") – such choreography was presented by Legia’s fans during Warsaw team’s game against Cracovia in Cracow on Sunday. Fans from the capital of Poland who were supported by a great number of Zagłębie Sosnowiec’s fans loudly galvanised Legia’s players whole 90 minutes. More than 15.000 people gathered in the stands of new Legia’s stadium to see the match between Legia and Polonia Bytom. Warsaw team’s supporters firmly defeated 4-0 their rivals from Silesia and finished the season 2010/2011 in the third place. Miroslav Radović was recognised as the man of the match as he scored a hat trick.

Due to the decision of Masovian voivode Legia’s match against Korona Kielce which took place on Friday had to be played without presence of the public. This was a retribution for the situation from the final game of the Polish Cup in Bydgoszcz when hundreds of fans entered the pitch to celebrate the victory with their footballers.

There were almost 7000 fans who came to Bydgoszcz to support Legia during its final game against Lech Poznań in the Polish Cup on Tuesday. Warsaw team’s fans presented an impressive stands show – the “ULTRAS” inscription made of colourful pieces of cardboard. We induce you to see the video.

After three years of waiting footballers of Legia managed to win the main trophy of the Polish Cup – the golden cup, again. In the final game, which took place at Zawisza’s stadium in Bydgoszcz on Tuesday, they defeated players of Lech Poznań 5-4 in penalties. After full time both teams were drawing 1-1. The first goal was scored by Lech in the first half but Legia equalised after the break. Extra time didn’t emerge the winner, so there was necessity to conduct a penalty shootout.
