Jarzębowski will have to pause until September

Tomasz Jarzębowski is going to have an operation. His knee ligaments will have to be reconstructed. This was the first diagnosis of Legia's physician after the match against Wisła. What's more, "Jarza" suffers from meniscus derangement. It means that he'll be able to play probably in September. "Bad luck has returned. I played in Bełchatów without any injury for two years. My wish came true – I returned to the club which I was raised in. And unfortunately I have to pause, again" – said Legia's midfielder.
There's a special clause in Jarzębowski's contract. It says that if the player suffers from ligaments' injury, his contract can be unilaterally cancelled. Nonetheless, Legia's sport manager, Mirosław Trzeciak, ensured "Jarza" that the board of Warsaw team was not going to use the clause.

The duration of Jarzębowski's convalescence will depend on the method of reconstructing his ligaments. He'll be physically rehabilitated by Zbigniew Pawłowski in Szczecin.
