Łukasz Moneta signed a professional contract with Legia Warsaw on Monday. This 20-year-old player from Racibórz has bound himself to Warsaw club until 30th June 2017. He debuted in the first team during the game against Zawisza Bydgoszcz (Polish Supercup) on 9th July.

Guilherme signed a contract with Legia Warsaw today. Brazilian player is going to spend the next twelve months in the capital of Poland. The new footballer came to Warsaw on Monday, and on Tuesday he took part in some physical and endurance tests. He’s flying to Turkish Belek along with other Legia’s players to participate in team’s football camp on Wednesday. Guilherme was loaned from Brazilian Olé Brasil. In the agreement there’s a clause according to which Legia will be able to buy the player.

Jorge Salinas signed a contract with Legia on Tuesday. His agreement with Slovak FK AS Trenčín, where he played for the last three years, expired a few weeks ago. The footballer appeared in thirty games, struck two goals and had four assists last season. All in all, being FK AS Trenčín’s player, he appeared in seventy matches and scored fifteen goals.

According to "Przegląd Sportowy", Jorge Martin Salinas is supposed to strengthen Legia Warsaw soon. 20-year-old Paraguayan has been watched for several months by Warsaw team’s scouts. Player’s contract with Slovak club FK AS Trenčín, in which he played for the last three years, has recently expired.

According to "Fakt", GKS Bełchatów’s footballer Dawid Nowak has come to an agreement with Warsaw team’s board and he will sign a contract with Legia very soon. The club from the capital of Poland won’t have to pay a single penny for the striker because he will terminate his contract with GKS by parties mutual agreement.

Today Marko Šuler sign a 3 years contract with Legia Warsaw. 29-years old defender was player of KAA Gent for last four seasons. He spent last six months on loan in Hapoel Tel-Aviv. Šuler played 32 matches and scored 2 goals for Slovenian national team.

Marek Saganowski signed a one-year contract with Legia Warsaw. 34 year old striker, played in Legia in year 2002-2005. He played 93 matches and scored 50 goals. Last season he was a player of LKS Lodz, where he played 29 matches and scored 6 goals.

According to some morning pieces of information, FK Borac Banja Luka wasn’t going to loan Legia’s players Marijan Antolović and Srđa Knežević. Both players, who didn’t even participate in trainings with Warsaw club’s first team, are going to stay on loans in Banja Luka at least until June. According to some previous publications of "Fakt" daily, Warsaw team’s board members decided to deprive them of company cars, which were guaranteed in their contracts.

According to Legia’s official website, Warsaw club’s board received a conditional certificate from FIFA, thanks to which Slovakian goalkeeper Dusan Kuciak will be able to play in the team from the capital of Poland. Kuciak participated in Legia’s trainings during Warsaw team’s summer preparatory camp in Austrian Windischgarsten.

Moshe Ohayon came to Warsaw on Thursday morning. The footballer, who comes from Israel, also has French citizenship. He will take part in Legia’s trainings. He is 28 years old and can play as central midfielder. Contract with his former club F.C. Ashdod expired at the end of June. In the season 2010/2011 he appeared in 34 games scoring 17 goals. He has played in 10 matches for Israeli national team so far.

Jakub Wawrzyniak’s previous contract with Warsaw club expired on 30th June. Although the player received a few offers from various clubs, he decided to go to Legia’s preparatory camp to Austria where he normally trains with his colleagues. According to “Przegląd Sportowy”, Wawrzyniak should have signed a new contract with Warsaw club very soon. The piece of information has been confirmed.

Legia’s coaching staff is interested in a 195cm high attacker Lukas Magera, who also can play as an offensive midfielder. The footballer has recently played for Romanian Fotbal Club Politehnica Timişoara. 28-year-old player, who has appeared in four games of Czech national team so far, is also closely watched by Górnik Zabrze’s and ŠK Slovan Bratislava’s scouts.

Dejan Kelhar left Warsaw and went to the Netherlands. The player from Slovenia negotiates there a contract with one of the local clubs. He only appeared in two games in the spring round and Legia’s coaching staff does not believe that he would be a useful member of Warsaw team’s squad. Ariel Borysiuk’s future is still uncertain. Udinese’s board should have paid two million euro for Legia’s midfielder. However, it seems that Italians do not want to meet Warsaw club’s financial expectations. Still, they are interested in the footballer.

According to some Bulgarian media, Wisła and Legia are interested in Aleksandar Tonev. Envoys of both Polish clubs were present in the match between Serbian and Bulgarian youth national teams to watch the footballer closely. Tonev is PFC CSKA Sofia’s 21-year-old offensive midfielder.

Jakub Rzeźniczak is going to sign a three-year contract with Legia. This piece of information was confirmed by Warsaw club’s sporting manager Marek Jóźwiak who managed to come to Cyprus today. "Kuba should put his signature on the agreement after supper today. We’ve been negotiating recently and our talks are close to end" – said Jóźwiak.

Damian Zbozień decided to risk and to join Legia in its trainings before the beginning of the spring round. 21-year-old defender will fly with other Warsaw team’s players to Cyprus. Legia’s coaching staff will make the decision about footballer’s future after the preparatory camp. If Zbozień doesn’t convince Maciej Skorża it’s possible that he may lose his place in Sandecja’s first lineup. “I believe that if you don’t risk you won’t win. Trainings with Legia won’t take away my skills” – said Zbozień.

Legia is very close to loan HNK Hajduk Split’s (Croatian: Hrvatski nogometni klub Hajduk Split) footballer Jurica Buljat. Negotations between both interested clubs began two weeks ago. Warsaw club’s board managed to reduce player’s price from 1.5 million to 750.000 euro. However, at first Legia would loan Croatian national footballer for six months for 75.000 euro. The team from the capital of Poland would have to pay the rest of money in the summer.

According to Legia’s official website, Warsaw team’s foster child Jakub Szumski signed a new contract with our club. Due to the signed agreement the 18-year-old goalkeeper has bound himself with Legia for the next 4.5 years. The player has been part of Warsaw club’s senior squad since the beginning of the autumn round but he appears in Young Legia’s matches for now.

There were some speculations that Legia offered Wojciech Skaba a new contract mid-December. Warsaw club’s goalkeeper began to negotiate his agreement with Legia’s board and it seems that both parties are going to reach a compromise. "We only have to determine some details. We will soon start preparing to the beginning of the spring round and I ensure you that I will do everything to be given a chance to appear in the first lineup" – says Skaba.

According to Sandecja’s official website, Damian Zbozień will probably return to Warsaw in the winter break. The player admittedly was sold to the club from Nowy Sącz but there’s a clause in his contract thanks to which Legia can bring him back to the capital of Poland.

Bartłomiej Grzelak who didn’t manage to extend his contract with Legia, which ended on 30th June 2010, decided to become a member of FC Sibir Novosibirsk (Russian: Сибирь Новосибирск). The footballer spent three and a half years in Warsaw. The team he has recently joined is going to fight for a group stage of UEFA Europa League.

Fangzhuo Dong, Chinese footballer who came to Warsaw during the last winter break, leaves Legia. He didn’t manage to fight his place in the first lineup and that’s why members of Legia’s board decided not to extend contract with the player. There were only four matches (two in the league and two in the Polish Cup) in the spring round of the season 2009/2010 he appeared in.

According to sports.pl, Legia and Wisła are interested in gaining Dynamo Moscow’s (Russian: Динамо Москва) defender, Marcin Kowalczyk. 25-year-old player who came to Russia from GKS Bełchatów three years ago has appeared six times in Polish national team so far. His contract expires at the end of this year. That’s why this is possible to sign with him an appropriate agreement in July.

Alejandro Ariel Cabral, Velez Sarsfield’s midfielder, will be Legia’s player in the season 2010/2011. The Argentinian has been loaned for 150.000 dollars. According to Velez’s official website, both clubs have also agreed an appropriate pre-emption clause.

There were some rumours yesterday that Marijan Antolović should become member of Legia. This piece of information has been officially confirmed – Croatian goalkeeper signed a four-year contract with Warsaw club. "I am happy that I am member of a such great club. I would like to thank all the people who supported me in Croatia" – said Legia’s new footballer in an interview for Croatian media.

According to some Croatian media, HNK Cibalia’s goalkeeper, Marijan Antolović, is on his way to Warsaw. The club’s sporting manager, Željko Čulo said that the possible negotiations were going to be continued in the capital of Poland and that the agreement could be signed today afternoon.

There were some speculations that Miroslav Radović was about to leave Legia and to become FK Partizan’s (Serbian: FK Partizan) player last week. According to “Gazeta Wyborcza Kielce”, Korona’s board is thinking about hiring footballer from Serbia. He would replace Paweł Sobolewski who will probably go to Jagiellonia Białystok.

Dickson Choto is probably going to leave Legia after seven years of his appearance in Warsaw club. The Zimbabwean defender is negotiating a contract with Fenerbahçe Sports Club (Turkish: Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü). According to some Turkish media, Choto as well as PSV Eindhoven’s Hungarian attacker, Balázs Dzsudzsák, are the most important footballers for Fenerbahçe’s sporting manager, Aykut Kocaman.

Tomasz Kiełbowicz extended his contract with Legia on Wednesday. Player’s current agreement would terminate on 30th June 2010, but members of Warsaw club’s board came to an understanding with the footballer and his contract has been extended for the next twelve months. Kiełbowicz appears in Legia since year 2001.

According to the website “90minut.pl”, Legia’s board agreed the transfer terms of FK Partizan’s (Serbian: Fudbalski klub Partizan) player, Srđa Knežević. The footballer was born on 15th April 1985 in Belgrade. He’s 180cm high at body weight 77kg. He usually appears on the right flank. The footballer took part in 23 matches and won with FK Partizan the championship title last season.
