The second player, who should strengthen Legia’s team, has come to Warsaw today. This is Bruno Mezenga, the attacker of Flamengo Rio de Janeiro. Nevertheless, according to “Przegląd Sportowy”, Warsaw club should be also visited by Manu, the footballer who comes from Portugal. After performing some medical tests they both should sign contracts with Legia.

Wojciech Trochim has been loaned to Bałtyk Gdynia. Nearly 21-year-old midfielder is going to play in the Second Division for a year. There’s however a clause in his contract according to which Legia will be able to call back its player after the end of the current season. Trochim was trying to find the job in Polonia Bytom, but eventually the team from Śląsk decided not to hire the footballer.

25-year-old Chinese, Fangzhuo Dong, passed medical tests on Monday and signed a contract with Warsaw club. According to "Przegląd Sportowy", the contract has been concluded for eighteen months. Dong took part in both preparatory camps (in Spain and in Cyprus), played in seven matches and managed to score three goals.

There were some rumours a few days ago that Legia's board was going to sell Damian Zbozień to Sandecja Nowy Sącz. Those speculations have confirmed. Zbozień became Sandecja's player. Nearly 21-year-old Young Legia's defender who came to Warsaw directly from Nowy Sącz, signed a contract with his former club for the next thirty months. The contract contains a clause, according to which Warsaw team will be able to buy back the footballer.

25-year-old Chinese attacker who has been tested by Legia's coaching staff in Spain and in Cyprus stays in our club at least to the end of the current season. The contract may be extended, but this depends upon Fangzhuo's condition. "We decided that Dong Fangzhuo stays with us for the trial period" – said Legia's chairman, Leszek Miklas who ensures that the Chinese proved in the match against Hajduk Split that he's able to play nice football, but he is not well-physically prepared.

It seemed that Legia was going to loan Damian Zbozień to Sandecja Nowy Sącz, to club which plays regularly in the Polish First Division. However, instead of a loan there is a huge probability that Warsaw club will sell its player. Sandecja's board settled the gaining conditions of Young Legia's footballer.

Sebastian Szałachowski is one of those Legia's footballers whose contract is about to expire after the current season. In contradiction to other players, Warsaw team's board negotiates with "Szałach" the terms of a new contract. The first talks were held in autumn. Now the details have to be discussed. Legia's midfielder doesn't know when and if he is going to sign a new document.

According to “Fakt”, Legia’s Slovakian goalkeeper, Jan Mucha, will stay in Warsaw to the end of the current season. Club’s owner, Mariusz Walter, convinced the best goalkeeper of the Ekstraklasa to extend his contract. Mucha is in Egypt at present, however when he comes back to Poland, he should sign the new document. This guarantees him the best salary in the Polish league.

"Contracts of eight Legia's footballers expire in June 2010. This means that Legia's board members have only three months to decide about their future, because all those players will be able to sign contracts with other clubs since the 1st January" – we could read in "Przegląd Sportowy". Toulouse Football Club and Girondins Bordeaux were interested in Jan Mucha in the summer break, but Warsaw team wanted 2 million euro for its player. Recently, Panathinaikos and Olympiacos Piraeus were interested in Legia's goalkeeper, but the board decided to withhold until the winter break.

“I hope that I’ll play at least 45 minutes in mid-September. At first, probably in a match of the Młoda Ekstraklasa” – said Tomasz Jarzębowski in an interview for “Przegląd Sportowy”. Legia’s midfielder suffered an injury in the game against Wisła in Cracow in May. He had to have a rehabilitation after his knee injury for the last few months. He mostly trained in a gym. He started however full-load trainings more than one week ago.

Miroslav Radović stays in Legia. Warsaw team’s board rejected Partizan’s offer. Serbian champions wanted to loan Radović for a year with a pre-emption clause. “Everything was set with the team from Belgrade. I wanted to play there, but I am not worrying about the fact that I have to stay at Łazienkowska” – said Radović in an interview for “Przegląd Sportowy”.

As we informed you a few days ago, Pance Kumbev and Krzysztof Ostrowski may soon leave Legia. According to "Przegląd Sportowy", Kumbev went to Lubin to negotiate conditions of his possible contract. Zagłębie would like to loan the Macedonian. Lubin team's board would have to pay Kumbev 30.000 PLN monthly. Both clubs are still negotiating.

According to Greek media, this is possible that Roger Guerreiro leaves Legia today. Polish national team's player came to an understanding with AEK Athens concerning his individual contract. AEK's board negotiates with Legia transfer of the Brazilian footballer. The compensation price is about 500.000 euro.

According to "Fakt", Panathinaikos's board would like to have in its squad Legia's footballer, Jan Mucha. "In Athens they're looking for a new goalkeeper. Although it seems that this is more important to buy a centre defender, the transfer of a new goalkeeper is possible in this or in the next transfer window. Everything depends on the fact when Mucha's contract expires" – confirms journalist of "Goal News", Kostas Goulis.

Mladen Kascelan terminated his contract with ŁKS by the agreement of the parties. Warsaw club wanted to have Kascelan in its squad in May, however then the problem was the compensation price.

Roger Guerreiro has problems with regular appearance in Legia's first lineup this season. Due to the fact that his contract is valid only to the end of the year, the footballer is looking for a new employer. According to "Globoesporte", Brazilian Flamengo and Gremio are interested in the player. Nevertheless, Guerreiro would rather like to join Greek Olympiacos Piraeus.

According to "Przegląd Sportowy", Legia is trying to buy Ruch Chorzów's player, Maciej Sadlok. Warsaw team was interested in the midfielder much earlier, nevertheless "Niebiescy" wanted then for their player almost one million zloty. Lech Poznań and Polonia Warsaw have been recently interested in the transfer of the footballer, too.

According to Slovakian media, Legia bought 16-year-old attacker, Marko Lukac. Young footballer of Partizan Bardejov is supposed to sign a two-year contract with Warsaw team. "I'm truly happy with move to Warsaw" – admitted the player. At first, Lukac is about to strengthen Young Legia. Slovakian attacker admits that thanks to his appearances in Poland he wants to be called up to the national team.

Duly, Legia's goalkeeper, Wojciech Skaba, has been loaned to Polonia Bytom for a year. The player agreed terms of contract very quickly and the agreement could have been signed on Monday. However, there was any person present at Łazienkowska who was able to sign all needed documents. That's why the contract was signed yesterday. There are clauses in the agreement according to which Skaba can return to Warsaw after the end of the autumn round and Polonia Bytom doesn't have the right of pre-emption.

Legia's goalkeeper, Wojciech Skaba, didn't play too much during his two-year stay in Warsaw. That's why he's going to be loaned to Polonia Bytom today. There's however a clause in his contract according to which he'll be able to return to Legia in December. "I agreed the terms of contract. We are going to sign all needed documents on Monday" – said the player. This is still unknown if the footballer appears in the game against Legia. "I heard that Legia's board put pressure upon this issue. It seems then that I won't play against Warsaw team" – he added.

Wojciech Wocial who was Legia's player for the last three years signed a contract with OKS Otwock, the team of the Second Division. The footballer spent last year in Znicz Pruszków in the First Division, however he wasn't too presentable. Legia's board didn't extend his contract which expired on 30th June.

Wojciech Skaba played 45 minutes in the friendly game against Korona Kielce yesterday. He sat on the substitute bench during the match against Olimpi Rustawi (UEFA Europa League) a day earlier. Polonia's board would like Skaba to come to Bytom where there's introduction of the team before the beginning of the new season. Polonia would like to loan Skaba for a year. Legia's goalkeeper is also interested in a such solution, however Legia's board isn't willing to let the player go to Bytom.

Legia signed a five-year contract with Michał Kucharczyk. However, 18-year-old attacker is going to spend the nearest season on a loan in his mother club, Świt Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. “I am happy that I signed contract with Legia. This is a great thing for me. I will join Warsaw team before the beginning of the season 2010/2011. At first I would like to finish the school” – said Kucharczyk.

Roger Guerreiro rejected Dinamo's offer – such information was published by journalists of "Gazeta Wyborcza". "There are no other offers. Roger really enjoys his stay in Legia. This is out of question that he leaves Warsaw and moves to a similar club. Only sports promotion comes into play" – states Robalinho. Some First Divison clubs from Germany, the Netherlands, Greece and England were interested in the player, however none of them made an offer.

Marcin Mięciel terminated his contract with VfL Bochum by the agreement of the parties and according to German media, he'll be Legia's footballer since Monday. "Miętowy's" contract with Bochum was valid for a year and it guaranteed him 400.000 euro annually. Nevertheless, Mięciel spoke to Bochum's board in the winter time and it promised that it wouldn't cause him problems, so he could leave the club in the summer. Mięciel will sign a one-year-contract with Legia and will earn about 200.000 euro.

Legia's board informed Piotr Rocki during an appointment yesterday that it is not going to renew the contract with player. It means that with the end of June footballer won’t be Legia's attacker any longer. "I was phoned by some clubs, however I've been waiting for Legia's decision, because it had priority. Now I know where I stand" – said "Rocky" in an interview for "Przegląd Sportowy". Tito also leaves the club – after one-year loan he returns to Espanyol Barcelona's reserves.

Tomasz Jarzębowski is going to have an operation. His knee ligaments will have to be reconstructed. This was the first diagnosis of Legia's physician after the match against Wisła. What's more, "Jarza" suffers from meniscus derangement. It means that he'll be able to play probably in September. "Bad luck has returned. I played in Bełchatów without any injury for two years. My wish came true – I returned to the club which I was raised in. And unfortunately I have to pause, again" – said Legia's midfielder.
