Skaba: Loan is favourable to me

Legia's goalkeeper, Wojciech Skaba, didn't play too much during his two-year stay in Warsaw. That's why he's going to be loaned to Polonia Bytom today. There's however a clause in his contract according to which he'll be able to return to Legia in December. "I agreed the terms of contract. We are going to sign all needed documents on Monday" – said the player. This is still unknown if the footballer appears in the game against Legia. "I heard that Legia's board put pressure upon this issue. It seems then that I won't play against Warsaw team" – he added.

Skaba ensures that he'll be trying to convince Polonia's coach to choose him as the first goalkeeper. "There's still one week left before the beginning of the new season. I will have to prove the coach that I deserve to be the first goalkeeper in Polonia's team. Nevertheless, I am happy that I'm going to play in Silesia where my family lives" – said Skaba.

The period of time which he spent in Legia wasn't unproductive. "Trainings having Krzysztof Dowhań as coach were inestimable. Every player would like to play in Legia. The loan is favourable to me, because I have a chance to appear regularly in matches. Jan Mucha stays in Warsaw and I wouldn't be able to play that much as in Bytom" – said the footballer.
