Are Wisła and Legia going to fight for Marcin Kowalczyk?

According to sports.pl, Legia and Wisła are interested in gaining Dynamo Moscow’s (Russian: Динамо Москва) defender, Marcin Kowalczyk. 25-year-old player who came to Russia from GKS Bełchatów three years ago has appeared six times in Polish national team so far. His contract expires at the end of this year. That’s why this is possible to sign with him an appropriate agreement in July.
In this way, similarly to the situation with Jan Mucha, the club which would hire the footballer wouldn’t have to pay the compensation price. “I do not exclude my home-coming. I will definitely take into consideration every offer I receive” – said the player.

This is well known that not only Polish clubs are interested in Kowalczyk. Some German clubs would also like to buy the player. “Within few days everything should be clear. I am going to meet with Dynamo’s sporting manager. We’ll see if Russians are interested in extending Kowalczyk’s contract” – said Mariusz Piekarski who is footballer’s agent.
