Sebastian Szałachowski played in friendly match against Zalaegerszegi yesterday. During action, when Legia's shot first goal, he fell down on the pitch. After that he played to the end of first half with wry on his face. Then he was changed by Ariel Borysiuk. Happily, this injury isn't dangerous. "In my opinion Sebastian has smashed his leg, but it isn't serious" - said Legia's coach Jan Urban after this match.

In the springtime Jan Urban complained about no alternative for Takesure Chinyama. However, Legia's coach has greater problems at the moment. The best goalscorer of Legia had an operation due to which he might not be able to play for even eight weeks. This means that "Tejkszur" would resume his trainings at the end of August. "This was only a small operation, so maybe he won't have to pause for such a long period of time" – said team manager, Ireneusz Zawadzki, in an interview for Legia LIVE!. "Once, after a similar operation, Marcin Mięciel resumed trainings after three weeks" – reminisced Zawadzki.

As we informed you a few days ago, there's a huge probability that Tomasz Jarzębowski won't be able to play in matches until September. However, the injured player had knee operation in Łódź. "The surgeon stitched my meniscus and implemented an implant of the cruciate ligament. Moreover, he cleaned the joint, because there were some foreign bodies after previous operations. It hurts a little bit, but it's nothing unusual" – said Jarzębowski. Legia's footballer is in Szczecin now. He begins the rehabilitation which is carried out by Zbigniew Pawłowski. Nevertheless, it's hard to say how long the rehabilitation is going to last and when the player is going to return on the pitch.

It is rather not possible that we'll be able to see Sebastian Szałachowski on the field in the current season. "I doubt that Szałachowski will return on the pitch in this season. When he started to train harder, the pain in his leg returned and he harked back" – said Jan Urban at the press conference. "Sebastian trains on his own, not so intensively as other players. I don't think he'll be able to play in this season" – added Legia's coach who didn't call him up for the match against Polonia Bytom.

"Takesure Chinyama is not called up for the match against Polonia Bytom" – said Jan Urban at the press conference. Legia's top goalscorer contracted a knee injury on Thursday. He resumed the training on Friday, however he had to stop his exercises. "Takesure was hit during the training in the same knee which he complained about earlier. Until now problems with his ligaments weren't very serious, so he could play. He overstrained his knee on Thursday and I am not able to call him up for the tomorrow's game" – said Legia's coach.

Tomasz Jarzębowski is going to have an operation. His knee ligaments will have to be reconstructed. This was the first diagnosis of Legia's physician after the match against Wisła. What's more, "Jarza" suffers from meniscus derangement. It means that he'll be able to play probably in September. "Bad luck has returned. I played in Bełchatów without any injury for two years. My wish came true – I returned to the club which I was raised in. And unfortunately I have to pause, again" – said Legia's midfielder.
